We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer with a Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering or a related Engineering field to join our Mission Software team as a Software Technical Lead. Our team develops cutting edge mission software deployed on numerous military and civilian aircraft platforms. In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead a small team of software engineers, define technical approach, and drive software development throughout the program lifecycle. Bachelor's of Science degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or other related discipline and typically 10 or more years of relevant experienceHigher education may substitute for relevant experienceThorough understanding of Computer Aided Engineering toolsDemonstrated knowledge of engineering principles and practicesExperience working in multi-disciplinary teamsExpertise in C# .NET software developmentExperience leading and providing tasking to a team of software developersExperience defining software tasking in an AGILE development environmentExperience decomposing system requirements into software requirementsStrong software troubleshooting and debugging skillsExperience with networking and TCP/UDP communicationExperience with serial communication principlesExperience with software tools for requirements tracking, code reviews, static analysis, library and artifact repository, and automated buildStrong customer interaction and communication skillsThe ability to obtain/maintain a Secret U.S. Security Clearance is requiredQualifications We Prefer:

Estimated Starting Salary Range: $143,487.14 - $197,294.82. SNC considers several factors when extending job offers, including but not limited to candidates’ key skills, relevant work experience, and education/training/certifications.SNC offers annual incentive pay based upon performance that is commensurate with the level of the position.
