Job Description An employer in Downtown Houston, TX is seeking 2 Sr Software Engineer to join their team. They will be joining a midstream O&G company and will be part of the companies development team that oversees their internally derived inventory management application. The Software Architects will help grow this team technically with adding new functionality and complexity to their team, not just providing traditional support. He or she will be able to discuss in detail why decisions are made vs others, work with team members to design and solve complex problems and will have worked on distributed systems dealing with various scalability problems. This person will have the ability to take on complex challenges and propose solutions for implementation - then helping with the implementation itself. This role is onsite 5 days a week in Downtown Houston, TX and salary ranges from $113,800 - $150,000 depending on experience.
