Design, implement, and execute automated functional tests, primarily targeting a RESTful web service.Perform release verification with a focus on regression testing.Gather and analyze large volumes of test data for use in test design.Develop test scripts as needed.Review and refine existing test cases and approaches, providing suggestions for improvement.Report daily on test progress and any detected issues, collaborating closely with engineers.Create, maintain, and enhance test documentation for clarity and completeness.  Who are you?

Degree in Computer Science or an equivalent qualification.

5+ years of work experience in testing backend software, preferably Web Services.Experienced in test automation with at least one scripting or programming language, preferably Java, Python, and/or Groovy.Preferably experienced in testing tools such as RestAssured, TestNG, ReadyAPI/SoapUI ProGood working knowledge of Microservices, XML, JSON, and Agile environments. Good working knowledge in one of the continuous integration tools GitLab, JenkinsExperience in TDD/BDD, Performance testing, and Log analysis tools (Kibana OR Splunk or similar)Passion for product quality, great attention to detail, and communicative personalityGoal-oriented and conscientious attitude, high level of motivation, accountability
