What You'll Do Our corporate HR technology team is looking for a passionate Software Engineering Leader to join their team and provide impactful solutions to our employee workforce. In this role, you'll spearhead a team of software engineers dedicated to enhancing our global employee experience through innovative and mobile-friendly solutions. You'll collaborate with diverse business stakeholders and vendors to develop initiatives that improve how our employees and leaders engage with HR services. Your day will be filled with: Designing, implementing, and supporting cloud-based solutions. Delivering new UIs that improve and simplify the employee and leader experience. Expanding system offerings through cloud solution’s mobile apps. Innovating and experimenting with different ideas, solutions and technologies. Develop and implement the HR technology strategy aligned with business goals. Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of technology professionals to achieve excellence. Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of major technology efforts. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful outcomes. Manage relationships with technology vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective services are provided to business. Who You Are We are looking for someone with: Associate's or bachelor's degree (preference in a computer science, technology, engineering or math-related field or equivalent experience) and 6+ years work experience or equivalent experience. Formal or informal leadership is required. Ability to handle competing priorities and meet tight deadlines. Ability to obtain certification(s) in an IT related field is a plus. Basic planning, organizational, problem-solving, analytical, decision-making and communication skills required. Preferred technical experience: 3+ years of experience with Systems implementation and support experience on HR Platforms i.e. Oracle HCM, Workday, etc. 3+ years of professional cloud experience with AWS (open to others) Cloud integrations & Web Services (AWS, REST, JSON, XML) Data integration and virtualization (AWS) Reporting, analytics and query tools (SQL, Python) Salary Range Information Salary ranges below reflect targeted base salaries. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation for all roles will be based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer. Salary Range (Non-Exempt expressed as hourly; Exempt expressed as yearly) $112000 - $167000 / year Time Off Program Flexible Time Off (FTO) is provided to salaried (exempt) employees and provides the opportunity to take time away from the office with pay for vacation, personal or short-term illness. Employees don’t accrue a bank of time off under FTO and there is no set number of days provided. Work Environments This role offers in-office, hybrid (blending at least three office days in a typical workweek). You’ll work with your leader to figure out which option may align best based on several factors.
