As a Solution Consultant in Professional Services, you’ll be responsible for delivering UKG technology systems and solutions through consulting project activities. In this role, you will leverage your expertise to advise clients on best practices, guiding them in designing and building solutions that meet their specific needs. As the subject matter expert on the Ready product, you'll collaborate cross-functionally on new customer implementations, drive consistency in delivery practices, and create custom reports. Additionally, you will utilize your Excel skills to format and import data, proactively communicate with stakeholders, and ensure projects stay on track by managing milestones and maintaining the project tracking tool.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Consulting with clients to provide expert guidance on best practices, collaborating to design and implement tailored solutions that align with their needs
• Leading new customer implementations by consulting with cross-functional teams, ensuring smooth transitions and alignment with client objectives
• Acting as the trusted advisor and subject matter expert for clients regarding the Ready product, offering insights and recommendations to enhance its use
• Continuously staying informed about the latest product features and functionality to offer up-to-date consulting advice and recommendations
• Consulting with internal teams to drive consistency and quality in delivery practices, leveraging implementation experience to establish processes and best practices for the services organization
• Advising clients on data formatting and using common Excel functions, such as VLOOKUP, to prepare files for seamless import into UKG Ready
• Proactively communicating with clients and UKG project teams to provide status updates, consulting on potential issues, and delivering solutions for process or product challenges
• Applying critical thinking and consulting expertise to resolve complex challenges, ensuring the successful completion of tasks
• Lead clients through user acceptance testing, ensuring they understand and validate their customized configuration
• Managing project milestones and utilizing tracking tools to ensure timely delivery, while advising on best practices for effective project management
• Mentor and coach peers who are new in role or to the industry, as needed

The pay range for this position is $70,100 to $100,800, however, base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge and location. This position is also eligible for a short-term incentive and a long-term incentive as part of total compensation.
