You are:
A Senior Solutions Architect (Multi-cloud & Full Stack Development) who will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing scalable, secure solutions that meet the evolving needs of our clients, which will require a blend of deep technical expertise across AWS, Azure, and GCP, along with a robust understanding of software development practices, web technologies, and database management.
The Opportunity:
· Design and develop high-performing, secure, scalable, and reliable enterprise solutions across multiple cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
· Architect and optimize applications for microservices architectures, ensuring effective deployment and integration practices.
· Lead the development and implementation of complex database models, including transactional and analytical systems, and oversee ETL/ELT processes.
· Apply advanced algorithms and design patterns to solve critical problems and enhance system functionality.
· Collaborate closely with development teams to recommend and implement best practices in software development and deployment.
· Engage with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical specifications, championing the best tools and technologies for each solution.
· Deliver presentations and technical workshops to communicate architectural decisions and solutions to team members and executives.
· Mentor and lead teams of architects and developers, promoting continuous learning and improvement.
You will need:
· A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
· At least 15 years of experience in software architecture with a proven ability to design, develop, and deploy applications across AWS, Azure, and GCP.
· Strong foundation in software development best practices, algorithms, and design patterns.
· Extensive experience in web application development and microservices architectures.
· Expert knowledge in database modeling and management, including both transactional and analytical systems.
· Proficiency in implementing ETL/ELT processes.
· Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to present complex solutions effectively.
· Willingness to travel as needed.
Compensation can differ depending on factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, education, and level of experience. UST provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in various U.S. markets as set forth below.
Role Location: Remote
Compensation Range: $144,000 to $216,000 base
Benefits
Full-time, regular employees accrue a minimum of 10 days of paid vacation per year, receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year), 10 paid holidays, and are eligible for paid bereavement leave and jury duty. They are eligible to participate in the Company’s 401(k) Retirement Plan with employer matching. They and their dependents residing in the US are eligible for medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as the following Company-paid Employee Only benefits: basic life insurance, accidental death and disability insurance, and short- and long-term disability benefits. Regular employees may purchase additional voluntary short-term disability benefits, and participate in a Health Savings Account (HSA) as well as a Flexible Spending Account (FSA) for healthcare, dependent child care, and/or commuting expenses as allowable under IRS guidelines. Benefits offerings vary in Puerto Rico.

All US employees who work in a state or locality with more generous paid sick leave benefits than specified here will receive the benefit of those sick leave laws.
