Sr Solutions Director (Occupier Real Estate Services) - Remote Job ID 195160 Posted 12-Dec-2024 Service line GWS Segment Role type Full-time Areas of Interest Facilities Management Location(s) Remote - US - Remote - US - United States of America About the Role: As a CBRE Business Development Solutions Director for the Financial & Professional Services Sector, you will be responsible for partnering with key stakeholders to solution sales pursuits for integrated Real Estate and Facilities Management outsourcing deals. This job is part of the Sales function and is responsible for the design of sales solutions that are presented and sold to potential, new, and existing clients. What You’ll Do: + Support the sector sales leaders in the delivery of a focused solution strategy for client pursuits. This includes enhancing client relationships, market positioning, and brand with high-profile industry stakeholder groups. + Participate in development of pursuit strategy and execution to include creation of proposals presentations and other client-facing materials. + Collaborate with sales leadership to understand client real estate challenges and objectives, offering tailored solutions that drive operational efficiencies and financial gains. + Develop and execute comprehensive solutions aligned to client objectives, staying ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies. + Assist with the delivery of a large business development program with targeted new and expanded annualized revenue and margin. + Direct the bid management process through the development of RFIs, RFPs, and client presentations. + Intersects with the Commercial and Service Line functions to complete client specific proforma’s including thoughts specific, but not limited towards staffing, pricing, and quantified risk. + Drive the market engagement program at the service line level ensuring a targeted and robust strategy. + Partner with Marketing team to support the go-to-market approach in key local and regional areas. + Monitor internal reviews of any beneficial client solutions not currently utilized. Present to management for review. + Create awareness and culture of cross-selling. + Build relationships with our existing and prospective high-profile client base in establishing strong personal credibility. + Apply advanced knowledge to seek and develop new, better methods for accomplishing both individual and department objectives. + Showcase expertise in own job discipline and in-depth knowledge of other job disciplines within the organization function. + Coach others to develop in-depth knowledge and expertise in most or all areas within the function. + Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. Work is guided by functional policies which impact the design of procedures and policies. + Contribute to new products, processes, standards, and/or operational plans in support of achieving functional goals. + Communicate difficult and complex ideas with the ability to influence. + Preferred locations are New York City, NY or Boston, MA What You’ll Need: + Bachelor's Degree preferred with 8-10 years of relevant experience including complex solutions sales. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered. + The innovative mentality to develop methods that go beyond existing solutions. + Excellent communications, specifically listening skills and ability to effectively translate needs into a solution + Ability to solve unique problems using standard and innovative solutions having a broad impact on the business. + In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc. + Expert organizational skills with an advanced inquisitive mindset. + Highly sophisticated math skills. Ability to calculate somewhat complex figures such as percentages, fractions, and other financial-related calculations. + Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the position is $150,000 annually and the maximum salary for the position is $200,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE’s applicable benefit program.
