Role Accountability
The criticality of the role is understanding technology, the value of reporting and the ability to improve implemented S2P processes. The role holder is accountable for supporting the delivery of the Procurement Operations strategy, Ariba knowledge management and the overall execution of the strategy which includes delivering reporting, analytics and progress tracking. It would be a benefit to have procurement tool experience (particularly knowledge of Ariba), experience in deployment and leading continuous improvements in close partnership with the Global Sourcing and Financial Systems Services (FSS) team and the business.

Strategic Plans: Support definition and delivery of short-term plans of Procurement Operations strategyProcess Improvements: Support global S2P processes improvements, automation and digitalisationDeployment of processes & systems enhancements: Actively lead and support the implementation of new enhanced processes and potential integrations, managing change effectively to ensure that new ways of working are rolled-out, documented and embedded successfully with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)Alternative buying channels: Lead buying channels data review and implement leading practice of alternative buying channels and monitor their utilisation and successAssume ownership of SAP Ariba Guided Buying content and Buying Channel strategy and operationalization, from planning to executionKnowledge sharing: Act as an SME, share experiences as a process-, system lead and functional expert in SAP AribaDemand planning: Coordinate, facilitate and lead planning of business demand on sourcing. Build sourcing projects pipeline in collaboration with Category teams and Finance Business Partners, utilizing budgets and additional data insights.Data Analytics & Reporting

This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.
