Skills and Competencies:

Experience with reviewing, drafting, and negotiating contract terms while recognizing and limiting risk.Proficiency in managing Requests for Proposals (RFP).Skilled in contract and Statement of Work (SOW) analysis in collaboration with Legal, Information Security, and Insurance departments.Strong capability in initiating, developing, and executing sourcing strategies.Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in cross-functional teams.Exceptional relationship management skills for strategic solutions with stakeholders and suppliers.Influential communication skills for managing diverse stakeholder groups in complex organizations.Proven change management experience.Fluent in written and spoken English.Experience in the financial services industry is a plus.Knowledge in multiple sourcing categories (e.g., IT Services, Professional Services) is advantageous.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Business (or equivalent) from an accredited college/university.

Responsibilities:

Provide sourcing services across various lines of business and act as the liaison for the Procurement & Sourcing Group.Manage contract administration, including tracking, analysis, and reporting of key information.Develop and administer agreement templates, conduct first-level contract reviews, and liaise with relevant departments for final approvals.Participate in contract negotiations and accurately capture contract details in the procurement system.Facilitate contract management meetings with stakeholders and manage projects to ensure timely delivery within SLAs.Work closely with internal partners, maintaining responsive communication to ensure customer satisfaction.Assist in the development and execution of sourcing and procurement strategies aligned with the group's objectives.
