Responsibilities
The Sourcing Specialist would be a resourceful individual with intellectual curiosity and drive who will proactively identify talent through creative online sourcing while working closely with the Classified and Provider recruitment teams to understand gaps and needs of challenging departments. The primary focus of the role will be to identify skilled, hard to fill Executive and Provider positions. Identifies and engages passive and active candidates through various methodologies including but not limited to cold calls, networking, complex internet searches, professional organizations, alumni associations, job postings, and resume databases.

Special Skills
Required: Expert knowledge and proven track record tapping traditional and non-traditional online data
sources such as job boards, internal databases (ATS/CRM), employee referrals, search engine syntax for at
least three search engines, social networking tools like LinkedIn, Facebook and Twitter.
Ability to actively participate in sourcing competitions to garner brand awareness.
Ability to source candidates, communicate findings and provide alternative recommendations to senior
management.
Command of search automation tools, RSS and Alerts, rapid data entry, parsing tools, and desktop efficiency
tools.
Preferred: Candidate sourcing experience for positions within the healthcare industry
Expert knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter, Practice Match, Practice Link, Doximity.
Experience consulting with Recruiters and Executive Leaders on talent and the supply / demand.
Experience managing, communicating, and presenting out to key stakeholders and Leaders regarding.
recruiting processes, market trends, and supply / demand.
Experience developing and managing active talent pipelines in a fast-paced environment.
Experience creating talent acquisition processes that drive innovation, efficiency and productivity in
recruitment activities.
Experience leveraging sourcing / recruiting data to help meet the organization’s objectives in hiring top talent
Demonstrated strength in attention to details and solid organizational skills to include accurate and timely
candidate documentation.
