Development and execution of global sourcing strategies to achieve best total value, sustainable productivity and high levels of quality and service aligned with business objectives. **_Job Summary_** The Supervisor, Strategic Sourcing provides direct leadership to Strategic Buyers in the area with an emphasis on core operational values including safety, quality, delivery, cost management, and inventory (SQDCI). This job monitors the purchasing of Machine Repair Operating (MROs) required for the manufacturing of finished goods. The Supervisor, Strategic Sourcing is responsible for the negotiation of pricing, terms for purchase orders and contracts. Additionally, this job manages and monitors supplier performance and quality control activities.
