CBRE GWS delivers consistent, measurably superior outcomes for our clients at every stage of the lifecycle, and across industries and geographies. **About the role** As a Sr. Space Planner, you will be responsible for ensuring that all occupancy, space management, and move and change activity services are delivered efficiently and effectively for a Life Sciences client. This role supports the Moves, Additions and Changes function with the responsibility for building space design, construction, and moving services. This role is up to 6 months contract and has the potential to become a full-time position. **What you’ll do** Generate conceptual solutions and work with the client to ensure efficient and effective utilization of available laboratory & office space. Provide accurate and timely activity and space allocation matrix reporting. Assist with creating CAD based architectural and furniture plans. Coordinate clients move projects and daily churn moves, within client CAFM system, to ensure accurate delivery of changes on time and within budget. Confirm building area readiness for all moves. Ensure the provision of innovative and creative alternative layout options to improve workflow and enhance the client working environment. Maintain & complete SI7 furniture & signage work orders in a timely manner. Assist with furniture inventory in warehouses and consolidate where possible. Work with Sr. Occupancy Planner to incorporate analytics into appropriate reports and develop ad hoc scenario planning reports. Participate in project meetings as required. Work within standardized procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet deadlines. Exchange straightforward information, ask questions, and check for understanding. Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. **What you’ll need** High School Diploma or equivalent experience or GED or equivalent experience (General Education Degree) required. Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from four-year college or university preferred. Minimum of four years of related experience and/or training. AutoCAD drawing experience is required. The compensation range is about $100,000 to $120,000 annual base salary plus 10% target bonus based on experience.
