Job Description:

The International Central Sales team lead role, combines the daily tasks of an International Central Sales team member with leadership responsibilities in holding other team members accountable to our standard processes and organization methods. Team leads work together to propose solutions for issues the entire team is facing, and report to the International Central Sales manager about specific concerns a team member has. Team leads also help train newer team members on the daily Central Sales tasks. This role is cruicial in helping the team manager make sure each individiual team member is getting the support and training they need to be successful in their role.

Essential Functions:

Work with other Team Leads to discuss team needs and propose solutions for process or training issuesHold team members accountable in following team processes and organization methodsFind solutions and drive tasks in the Rochester office in support of the remotely located Sales TeamProvide quotes/responses/proformas on RFQs. Review all quotes for technical configuration compatibility and suggest new products to replace old ones as appropriate.Provide technical support and answers to customers and dealers Product demonstration lead for international demonstrationsMaintain Sales Opportunities and Prospects with forecast team to ensure required changes are updated in CRM and OracleSupport Program Managers in gathering cost information and accurate system configurations for large proposalsSupport entertainment activities and prepare logisitics for customer visits

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 6 years of prior relevant sales experience. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 4 years of prior related sales experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 10 years of prior related sales experience.

Preferred Additional Skills:

Microsoft Tools Proficiency – Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerpointFamiliarity with L3Harris TCOM radio productsKnowledge of RF CommunicationsProficiency in reading and understanding Schematics and/or Block DiagramsExperience in communicating directly with customers on a regular basis

In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role in New York State is $73,500 - $136,500. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
