Key Responsibilities: + Lead, develop, and manage classroom clinical training programs on our products by referring to global training programs (classroom training and field training at hospitals). + Translate English training materials into Japanese. + Create and continuously update training materials as needed. + Deliver most part of planned training programs to newly joined clinical specialists and sales teams. + Plan necessary business and technical skill training in addition to the global program to ensure localization. + Monitor and observe the progress of trainees and provide appropriate support when needed. + Teach and coach new clinical specialists on business and clinical behaviors and communication at hospitals. + Education and Experience: + Bachelor's Degree in in related field , 5 years years experience of previous related medical device and/or clinical experience Required and + Other: Clinician experience in intra-operative procedures acquired from Registered Nursing Degree curriculum (RN), or in positions such as Radiologic Technologist (RT), Operating Room Technician (ORT), or Cardiovascular Technician (RCIS) Preferred and + Other: Experience in interventional cardiology or cardiothoracic surgery Preferred Requirements + Clinical knowledge of structural heart diseases including echo + Experience of planning and delivering clinical trainings + Experience of project management + Presentation/coaching/teaching skills + Fluent Japanese and English to build good relationship with global stakeholders + Ability of nimble learning and manage ambiguity + Maturity to become role model of trainees + Medical Technologist, Sonographer or Nurse license Preffered: + Proven experience in a catheterization lab (cath lab) or sterile environment + Demonstrated success in training, preferably within the medical technology sector + Deep knowledge in echocardiography
