**Job Description**
Essential Functions:
+ Oversee budget tracking and processing for the department, ensuring timely invoice management and monthly forecast accuracy.
+ Develop and maintain standardized workflows and documentation to improve cross-functional team efficiency and consistency.
+ Create comprehensive business cases, exploratory data analysis, and strategic plans for department initiatives and marketing campaigns.
+ Provide consistent updates and detailed documentation on the progress of key marketing initiatives.
+ Collaborate with marketing leaders and the legal team to ensure contracts and agreements are properly prioritized and managed.
+ Collaborate with data analysts to establish clear reporting standards and deliver actionable insights to stakeholders.
**Qualifications**
Qualification
+ Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
+ 3-5 years of experience in project management, agency account management, marketing, or related field.
Specialized Knowledge
+ Intermediate Microsoft Office skills

+ Strong relationship building skills
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
+ Ability to take initiative, work independently and as part of a team
+ Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information ethically and responsibly
