Overall Purpose: Provide daily vehicle maintenance and transportation support

Key Roles and Responsibilities: Typical tasks may include, but are not limited to, the following:

Serve as garage attendant to ensure vehicles are meticulously maintained. Wash, fuel and maintain vehicles on a weekly basis. Manage vehicle registration, annual emissions tests and other necessary maintenance tasks and documentation.  Effectively coordinate with external service providers for service and repairs. Proactively inspect vehicles and facility to identify service opportunities and communicate needed action items to team management and customers. When required, serve as executive chauffeur to provide safe and efficient transportation for company and clients. Ensure transportation requests are fulfilled promptly and efficiently. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, a commitment to excellent customer service, and a dedication to work through various conditions throughout the year. Occasional overtime and travel may be required.

Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) desired. 2+ years of related experience. Must have a clean driving record with a driving background check completed.
