Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:
This role requires cross-functional collaboration with other departments and partners to monitor the Franchise business across the entire ARG Network. The ultimate objectives are to win with the consumer and to achieve our commercial targets, with an active support to the Franchisee using a strategic approach, managing the needs of the business, of the channel and of the consumer.
Key Responsibilities:
To monitor Franchise portfolio performance in quantitative and qualitative aspects to reach company targets and being active support to Franchise Account Managers & Franchise Lead in operational and administrative tasks.
Secondary:
Analyze together with de Franchise account manager (FAM) the sell in targets for the season and provide feedback to the Sr. Franchise Account Manager. Detection of risks and opportunities during the planning process by giving feedback from the linelist to B&T and FAM. In charge of analyzing the KPIs of your account on a weekly basis and providing the team with this information. KPIs to consider: YES / SO / MOS / ST / OH & FREE STOCK / Top Sellers / Slow Movers). Work together with the FAM in proposing commercial actions (CLE / MDS / Replenishments) to contribute to the healthy development of the advised account. Responsible for the correct validation of information (Sell in / Sell Out / Stock) of the advised accounts and provide feedback to B&T Proposal and monitoring of the commercial actions carried out in order to enhance the sell in and sell out of the advised accounts, receiving feedback from FAMS and BP. Creation of NC of the commercial actions executed with prior validation of the information by the commercial teams. Responsible for the monthly monitoring of the Sell in / Sell out objectives of the advised accounts, giving visibility to the teams. In charge of the proposal, validation and loading into the system of the trade terms for the advised accounts. Support on all related topics orientated to sell out activation (banks settings, MDS analysis, Docusigns and payments controls). Support to issues associated with store openings

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
Fluent in local language & English (read & write) University degree in Engineering, Business, or equivalent education background. (preferred) A passion for and an understanding of sports along with the desire to translate this passion into building the adidas sports market in the country. High level of integrity strong leadership, good planning, and organizing skills Strategic & Critical Thinking, Strong analysis, and forecasting skills.
