Sr Specialist - Global Ethics & Compliance, Training

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

- Monitor the Maximus Corporate Global Ethics & Compliance Program through training launches for a variety of audience groups in Cornerstone (e.g. New Hire, Annual Refresher, Specialized Training).

- Track data analytics related to compliance training completion rates and training effectiveness.

- Provide Tier 1 support for compliance training inquiries in our ticketing portal (People Services Portal).

- Maintain the highest level of personal integrity, confidentiality, and objectivity.

- Work with Corporate Communications to develop communications and change management strategies for end users, leadership, HR, and operations about training initiatives.

- Manage and support global Maximus training initiatives & requirements, including interfacing with multiple Maximus stakeholders in varying business functions including Legal, HR, Information Security, Privacy and Data Protection, and other departments to align training programs with policies and regulations.

- Responsible for creating & facilitating reporting and audit measures for the global ethics & compliance training program by supporting ad-hoc audit requests for compliance completion data & training content in a timely and accurate manner.

- Source engaging and informative interactive/multimedia items and help create and update training materials, including presentations, manuals, and e-learning modules,

- Review other Global Ethics & Compliance systems leveraged in conjunction with the learning management system with a strong emphasis on data and reporting support.

Minimum Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in relevant field of study and 5+ years of relevant professional experience required, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
