We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Recruitment Operations Coordinator to support our Talent Acquisition (TA) team in delivering seamless recruitment and onboarding processes. This role involves collaborating with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates to ensure efficient interview scheduling, Interview Feedback retention, background verification, and smooth onboarding experiences. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong time management, multitasking and a passion for creating positive candidate experiences.
 

Key Responsibilities:

Interview Scheduling: Coordinate and manage interview schedules by liaising with candidates, recruiters, and interview panels to ensure timely and efficient processes.Candidate Communication: Act as the main point of contact for candidates, addressing inquiries and providing guidance throughout the hiring process.Background Verification: Initiate and track background verification processes, ensuring timely completion and compliance with policies.Onboarding Support: Assist in onboarding processes, including coordination of IT equipment, document collection, and issuing of employment letter.Interview Feedback Survey: Conduct candidate surveys to evaluate their experienceNew Joiner Relocation coordination: Assist and process new joiner relocation and coordinate with internal teams for the seamless relocation experience.Data Management: Maintain accurate records of candidate information and recruitment metrics in tracking systems or dashboards.Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve operational workflows and collaborate with Analyst and leader to implement enhancements.Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and other internal teams to manage daily operational tasks and streamline recruitment operations.Reporting: Generate and share recruitment activity reports and dashboards with leadership on a monthly basis.Event Coordination: Support recruitment drives, career fairs, or other hiring-related events as needed.Qualifications:1.5–2 years in recruitment coordination, HR operations, or a similar role.Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint); experience with Workday application is an added advantage.Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organization.Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Proactive approach to identifying and resolving challenges with minimal supervision.Ability to handle sensitive information with integrity and professionalism.A team player with a collaborative attitude and guest-focused mindsetOpen to working flexible hours, including on weekends.
