As a Sr Specialist Member Engagement at Hilton Grand Vacations, you’ll be part of a dynamic and supportive team dedicated to creating unforgettable member experiences, nurturing long-term connections, and minimizing attrition rates. Essential Job Functions:
You will be hosting live virtual appointments with members/owners while being on camera or performing one-on-one customer education calls. Accurately and efficiently inputting appointment information and call results in applicable systems. Adhering to outbound calls related to social media posts as requested by the Social Media team. Along with the following:
• Manage both inbound and outbound communications across a total of 9 different skills in addition to basic Club training, survey follow-up, and other outbound campaigns as assigned.
• We research and resolve concerns and questions raised by members/owners.
• Educate members and provide definitive, accurate account information along with the benefits of their membership/ownership.
• Provide detailed information to members regarding their accounts.
• Maintain compliance with all time-keeping and attendance policies.
• Be accountable for all scheduled appointments/meetings.
• Meet or exceed departmental expectations to be eligible for incentive programs.
• Work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Promote a positive “can-do” attitude and work collaboratively as a great teammate.
