About the Job:
Seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to manage the CSO IAM (Identity and Access Management) front door. This role is crucial in ensuring the efficient processing of over 1400 submissions annually. The successful candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for initial request submissions and will be responsible for verifying the completeness and accuracy of incoming requests, routing them appropriately, and monitoring their progress to ensure timely handling.
Key Responsibilities:
Review and verify the completeness and accuracy of incoming requests.
Serve as the primary point of contact for initial request submissions.
Route requests to the appropriate teams or departments based on the nature and requirements of the request.
Coordinate with relevant teams to ensure a smooth and efficient handoff of requests.
Monitor the progress of requests to ensure they are being handled in a timely manner.
Track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to request management, such as response times, completion rates, and accuracy metrics.
Generate regular reports on KPIs and provide insights to management on areas for improvement.
Address any issues or discrepancies related to requests promptly and effectively.
Collaborate with team members to develop and implement process improvements for request management.
Utilize expert-level skills in SharePoint, Microsoft Planner, PowerAutomate, and PowerBI to build out tools and solutions that increase team efficiency.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
Proven experience in a similar role involving request management, coordination, and KPI tracking.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in using request management software and tools.
Expert-level skills with SharePoint, Microsoft Planner, PowerAutomate, and PowerBI.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in a customer service or support role.
Familiarity with project management principles and practices.
Knowledge of industry-specific request management systems.
Education/Experience:
Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) desired in Computer Science. 2+ years of related experience. Certification is required in some areas.
