Roles and Responsibilities
In this role you will:
Partner with the MES Blueprint Owner and MES Capability FocalsMaintain MES Blueprint through strict change management processCommunicate and asses impact of Blueprint changes throughout the wider MES Team Interact with EM MES Functional Team for requirements-gathering, fine tuning, and obtaining product feedback.Possess a deep understanding of the technology stack and impact on final product.Represent the end user. Act as a bridge and liaise with Implementation, Stakeholders, Shop and Support team thru go-live, hyper-care and transition to Ops.Co-ordinate and prioritize small changes, enhancements and product upgrades/patching with implementation and engineering teams.Demonstrate business acumen, know latest industry trends and be the internal expert on the product as well as the associated competitive landscape.Engage frequently (50% of the time) with the development team; facilitates discussions, provides clarification, story acceptance and refinement, testing and validation; contributes to design activities and decisions.Demonstrates expert communication and influencing skills that ensure alignment between customer, product manager and engineering teams.Education Qualification
Bachelor’s degree from accredited university or college with minimum of 2 years of professional experience OR Associates degree with minimum of 5 years of professional experience OR High School Diploma with minimum of 7 years of professional experienceNote: Military experience is equivalent to professional experienceEligibility Requirement:
