Job Overview

Under guidance, provides support in applying statistical methodologies to assigned research projects. ​

Essential Functions

Perform analysis of media impact using test/control analysis or statistical modeling techniques to determine Impact and Return on Investment of marketing programs.  Evaluation of media channels including digital ad, digital site, TV, OTT, print, and point of care.Applies statistical design and methodology to meet client information needs, conducts statistical analyses to derive conclusions from the study and assists in preparing written summaries of study results.Works as part of a team in preparing analysis plans and statistical reports and performs validation of statistical analysis. Works on projects of limited scope within defined procedures and practices.Ability to carry out moderate analysis and information gathering to resolve problems on non-routine matters.Working with consulting principals and sales team on business development effort by providing ad-hoc feasibility reports, providing estimations of effort and developing methodologies that address client needsCollaborating closely with project managers to create timelines for the project and to ensure that project results and conclusions are presented accurately and without biasDesigning and document analytical plans and develop detailed programming specifications for the execution of the analysis planCoordinating with offshore developers throughout the project lifecycle to ensure accurate and timely delivery

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree Statistics, Mathematics or related field Req Or Master's Degree Statistics, Mathematics or related field Preferred.Experience using statistical programming languages (SQL, Python, R and/or SAS) to manipulate data and build statistical models. Experience with distributed data/computing tools such as MapReduce, Hadoop, Hive, Impala, Spark, Snowflake etc. is preferred.Ability to problem solve and develop innovative approaches along with a drive to learn and master new techniques and technologiesStrong organization skills and ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously while achieving quality standards and meeting deadlinesExcellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively across teamsExperience visualizing/presenting data for internal stakeholders and clientsDesired - Prior experience with statistical techniques involving A/B TestingDesired - Prior experience with ROI analyses

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $87,700.00 - $146,100.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
