Sr Strategic Sourcing Specialist

In this role, you will serve as Sr. Strategic Sourcing Specialist – HR/C&B/ISC Services in Honeywell’s Corporate Procurement organization.

\nCore Job Duties:\n

Serve as category manager for all 3rd party supplier procurement requirements supporting Honeywell’s Human Resources (HR), Compensation & Benefits (C&B), and Integrated Supply Chain (ISC) functions. \nDevelop, deploy and manage global Category Strategies including spend analysis, Benchmarking, Cost, Market Analysis and Global Technology / Economic trends\nPartner closely with each of the 4 (four) SBG Integrated Supply Chain organizations to ensure early sourcing engagement, alignment on key sourcing objectives and effective execution of sourcing projects\nIdentify strategic partners, negotiate contracts and develop a Preferred Supplier List with competitive rate cards\nManage Supplier selection, RFQ and RFI process, Negotiation, Contracting and supplier performance processes\nMeasure and manage supplier performance (KPI’s) including Savings, Payment Terms, Service Levels. \nConsistently deliver year-over-year productivity, payment term improvements and other Indirect Sourcing goals. \nDeploy a regular and effective engagement model with key stakeholders that provides consistent communication and alignment\nDrive and execute the Annual and Strategic Plan with supporting strategies; align business and Sourcing initiatives to optimize and deliver year-over-year results\nCoordinate Sourcing support for functional requirements between the Category team (CST) and the Global Sourcing and Procurement Operations team\nApply effective Sourcing supplier risk assessment methodologies to ensure supplier continuity

YOU MUST HAVE: \n

7+ years of experience Commodity Management/Procurement experience; preferrable in Indirect Sourcing\nExperience in developing Supply Base Management strategies with a proven record of delivering key business results\nStrong negotiation skills, fluent in drafting contract terms and conditions\nExcellent written, verbal communication and interpersonal skills
