Sr Strategic Sourcing Specialist
Summary:
Maintaining and selecting or evolving new and old suppliers, negotiate terms and conditions with selected portfolio. Drive E-Auction process with pre-selected source and negotiate the best and reasonable pricing possible. Develop strategy for his / her commodity for the entire EMEAI region and ensure cross regional alignment between dedicated SBTs and Supplier Readiness / Supplier Transitions. Full ownership of assigned commodity with all its suppliers and define strategic actions (transitions, negotiation, contract implementation) to support AOP.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Define Growth and Exit suppliers for the region and coordinate actions with Global Strategy Integration team to execute this strategy year over year.Rationalize supplier portfolio and identify risk areas: subsequently adapt strategy within its commodity an define dual sourcing and transition required. Select Honeywell's future suppliers across the globe to support our future development: outsourcing or offset.Implement contracts with all suppliers to drive productivity and meet yearly AOP plan.Implement Multi years plans (STRAP) through contract penetration to increase year over year productivity.Reach yearly productivity target established through various actions: transition / negotiation / Value Engineering. Creating a pipeline of new Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) opportunities in combination of extending the payment terms to increase companies’ cash flow. Assures adequate support services are provided by other organizations such as Honeywell production sites located across the Globe, with primary units in Olomouc, Yeovil and Raunheim.You Must Have:
Bc. Or higher in technical Area with ideally a sourcing degree. EU or UK citizen or equivalent working permit Economics and Business degree (Bc. or Ing.) or Mechanical Bc. with Engineering background.Minimum five years of direct or indirect sourcing experience within a corporate company, ideally in Aerospace sector. Tangible working experience with direct commodities such as sheet and metal, casting, forgings, machining, assemblies, raw materials, bearings, with proficiency in negotiating terms and conditions, contracts and pricing agreements.We Offer:
