SPP offers hundreds of customizable products – from coolers to notebooks – that allow companies to maximize brand recognition and reach thousands of people at a low cost. What you’ll be doing: · Strategic Solutioning: Develop and implement incentive and recognition programs within SPP's existing customer base, including objective analysis, target audience identification, rule structuring, and pricing strategies. · Sales Enablement: Enable sales growth by identifying and qualifying new opportunities, establishing key partnerships, and directing the sales process. · Product Development: Collaborate with partners and marketing team to enhance the incentives and recognition product portfolio based on market trends, customer feedback, and competitive analysis. · Trusted advisor for change management: Support clients with best practice program design and communication plans for effective launch, adoption and sustainment. · Financial Management: Responsible for program budgeting, forecasting, and achieving revenue and profit targets for incentives and recognition solutions. · Market Research: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform strategic decisions. · Team Mentorship: Coach and develop direct team and collaborative organizational teams, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement. What’s needed- Basic Qualifications: 8+ years of related business and consulting experience What’s needed- Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience 5+ years of experience in revenue enablement. Proven track record of successfully designing and managing incentives and recognition programs. Experience in the promotional products industry. Demonstrated ability to exceed revenue and profit targets.
