Critical Customer Operations is a key function within our supply chain, firstly to ensure that our most critical customers have the information they need to plan their production lines and secondly to dive in and solve the challenging supply chain issues before they affect aircraft production lines. Key Responsibilities
\nEnsure timely product delivery to meet customer requirements.\nAct as the escalation point for critical supplier and customer issues for the assigned site/product suite.\nLead internal and customer meetings to present recovery plans, improvement projects, and long-term solutions to meet customer needs.\nDeliver key ISC communications to the customer business team, program management teams, and customers.\nFacilitate effective communication and coordination between customers, CBTs, and Hon functions.\nDevelop and execute improvement projects to enhance customer-facing performance metrics and surveys with suppliers and sites.\nDevelop and implement customer ramp-up plans, including internal rate readiness, staffing, training, tooling, and capital.\nExecute the ISC strategy for sustainment program rate readiness.\nCollaborate with ISC Operations Teams, ISC Materials Management, ISC Sourcing, AME, E&T, CSO, and other functional groups to address systemic issues and achieve target performance levels across the extended value stream.\nEscalate issues as needed to site tiered accountability meetings to share VOC and drive site-level delivery and quality improvement plans.\n\nU.S. PERSON REQUIREMENTS

\n\nMinimum of 10 years experience in Engineering, Manufacturing, Program Management, Finance or Supply Chain\nDue to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. citizen, U.S. permanent resident, or have asylum or refugee status in the U.S.\n\nWE VALUE
