Responsibilities
Serve as the knowledge expert of all security related aspects of the FSD ICS FRCS computing environment.
SME should have proven experience implementing and maintaining security postures within complex network architectures. Th
SME must have knowledge of Defense in Depth concepts supporting DoD infrastructures, C&A, physical and personnel security concepts.
Qualifications
Bachelors of Science degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Information Systems, Telecommunications, or Management Information Systems, and have 5 years of documented experience relevant to this key position. Alternatively, have 12 years of documented experience relevant to this key position.
Minimum DoD 8570 IAM Level III Certification required.
Demonstrated 5 years of experience in a DoD Technology environment.
Demonstrated 5 years of experience/knowledge of the DoD IAVM programs.
Demonstrated 5 years of experience with ACAS and HBSS architectures.
Demonstrate 5 years of experience with the ability to develop appropriate security policies, and perform periodic upgrades, updates to servers, and network devices to ensure appropriate secured access to data.
Demonstrate the ability to respond to Network Operations notifications,
Demonstrate 5 years of experience in utilizing Assured Compliance Assessment Solution (ACAS) to acknowledge, monitor and create appropriated security reports, and apply recommended IAVA to the affected device in the specified timeframe.
Demonstrate 5 years of experience managing vulnerabilities and providing reports documenting system security recommendations.
Demonstrate 5 years of experience maintaining a System Security Authorization Agreement (SSAA) previously.
Demonstrate 5 years of experience in Designing, Maintaining, and Creating system process and procedure documentation.
Demonstrate 5 years maintaining and supporting DoD Information Assurance Risk Management Framework (DIARMF) accreditation and documentation.
Demonstrate 5 years of experience performing configuration management, vulnerability assessments, and vulnerability management assistance for systems and network.
Documented previous experience in FISMA, DoD IG Inspection, ACA, and other accreditation and certification programs.
Document 5 years of experience in physical and personal security experience.
Document 5 years of experience in Incident Response, Auditing, and CNDSP.
Demonstrate the ability to implement 8570.01-M./DoD8140.
