Discover Impactful Work:The Senior Systems Analyst plays a pivotal role in bridging the gap between business requirements and technology solutions. In this capacity, you analyze user requirements, procedures, and challenges to automate processes or enhance existing systems. They bring technical expertise, system design techniques, methodologies, tools, and standards to the IT and business environment.
What will you do?Requirements Gathering and Analysis:
Work together with collaborators, customers, partners, and team members to gain insights into business needs and requirements.Document and analyze these requirements to ensure they are clear, complete, and aligned with business objectives.System Design and Development:
Design system solutions and improvements to meet the identified requirements.Collaborate with software developers to convert business requirements into technical specifications.System Implementation:
Oversee the entire implementation process for new systems and enhancements to existing systems.Coordinate with various teams to ensure smooth deployment and integration of systems.Testing and Quality Assurance:
Develop and implement test plans to ensure systems meet specified requirements and are free of defects.Identify and tackle issues, and work with development teams to resolve them.Documentation:
Build and maintain comprehensive documentation, including system design specifications, user manuals, and process flows.Ensure that documentation is up-to-date and easily accessible to relevant team members.User Training and Support:
Deliver training to end-users on new systems and features.Offer ongoing support and fix assistance to users.EducationBachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent combination of education and experience.ExperienceDemonstrable experience in system analysis and implementation of software solutions.Demonstrated expert knowledge of Iptor's ERP system DC1, IBS Enterprise, or ASW within a supply chain environment.Knowledge, Skills, AbilitiesStrong analytical, technical, and communication skills to effectively translate business requirements into technical solutions.High level of accuracy and attention to detail in analyzing data and designing systems.Proficiency in crafting clear and comprehensive documentation for various technical processes, such as functional designs, user manuals and process flows.Ability to effectively work with a variety of different levels of the organization.Excellent oral and written communication skills, English is required.Our Mission is to enable our customers to make the world healthier, cleaner and safer.
