As a Sr Systems Engineering Supervisor here at\nHoneywell, you will play a critical role in leading the team developing\nelectronic control units for Electro-mechanical Flight Control Actuation\nsystems. You will provide technical expertise and guidance to the team,\nensuring the successful development and delivery of advanced systems. Your\nleadership and technical knowledge will contribute to the improvement of flight\ncontrol actuation systems, enhancing the safety and efficiency of aircraft\noperations.

You will report\ndirectly to our Sr Engineering Manager, and you'll work out of our Brno, CZ\nlocation on a Hybrid work schedule.
In this role, you\nwill have a direct impact on the development of electronic control units for\nflight control actuation systems, ensuring the reliability and performance of\nthese critical components.

Key skills and qualifications

University degree in Electronics, Software Engineering, Computer Science, Mechatronics field At least 3 years’ experience with leading a team (technical lead or people manager)Good technical background (electrical/ hardware/ software) Advanced command of English language is mandatory (B2/C1) - communication in English (spoken and written) with global teams Self-motivation to learn and grow, ability to work with little supervision, consistent taking the initiative to get things done, doing things before being asked by others or forced to by events
