Summary:
The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for all recruiting activities related to the attraction, selection, hiring and on-boarding of talent to ensure we are building teams with the critical skills needed to move the business forward. Considerable skill in interviewing techniques, good knowledge of the company and of personnel policy and procedure and federal and state laws regarding employment practices are essential.

 

The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist analyzes the information provided on a prospective employee's application form, conducts interviews and determines the suitability of the applicant for employment. This position acts as a mentor to Talent Acquisition Specialists and supports the Talent Acquisition Director.

Responsibilities

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Responsible for full life cycle recruiting, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding-often times in difficult regions.
• Development of recruiting plans, in conjunction with hiring managers.
• Develops relationships with allied health education providers, and professional associations.
• Provide consultative support to hiring managers.
• Act as liaison with area employment agencies, prepare and liaison with advertising agencies, and temporary agencies.
• Develop and maintain job postings on various recruitment sites (CareerBuilder, Indeed, Linkedln, etc.).
• Coordinate TA attendance at career fairs, job fairs, professional conferences, educational conferences in conjunction with University & Events Corporate Recruiter.
• Complete weekly, monthly and annual reports on recruitment I employment activity.
• Mentor and lead TA Specialists & support TA Director.
• Special projects or assignments as needed.
• Grow and manage PRN and/or traveler therapist pool.
• Travel as needed to represent company at recruiting events, etc.
• Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned
• Must conduct self in an ethical, legal, and responsible manner at all times.
• Must adhere to the policies, principles, and guidance within the Employee Handbook and Code of Business Conduct.
