SBM is searching for a Sr Talent Acquisition Analyst to join their team! As a Sr Talent Acquisition Analyst, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the recruitment team, ensuring that all processes run smoothly and efficiently. You will manage the programmatic system to post jobs, manage budgets for positions (boosts), and Jobvite management. You will also maintain and update individual recruiter reports, operations reports, corporate reports, and MIT reports and build a comprehensive Recruiting dashboard. Additionally, you will manage all vendor relationships, including LinkedIn, Indeed, Bayard, Smartsheet, and potentially new vendors like Shaker and Jobvite features like innovative text and signatures instead of DocuSign.
Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain the programmatic system for posting jobs and managing budgets for positions (boosts)Manage and maintain the Jobvite system, including new offer letter importsMaintain and update individual recruiter reports, operations reports, corporate reports, and MIT reportsDevelop visually compelling dashboards for the recruiting team on key metrics, such as time to fill, quality-of-hire, cost-per-hire and effectiveness ratiosManage all vendor relationships, including Jobvite, LinkedIn, Indeed, Smartsheet, Shaker and any potential new vendors.Project management for process improvements, including approval master per vertical, HR, and Finance approver, promotion form to make recruiters' lives easier, JD cleanup to integrate our internal JDS into the current ATS system, further development of the new hire survey into one that is thorough, and assistance with HRIS promotion integrationManage the Master recruiting doc, including approvers, staffing specialists, essential links, and process updatesAnalyzing recruitment data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and key metrics like time-to-hire and source effectiveness.Keep Recruiter/HM recruiting guides updatedOversee the management of credit card expenses and allocations, ensuring all transactions are accurately recorded and submitted on a monthly basis.Develop and manage a system for closer management of hires, including sources per hire to better allocate our budget for postingsProvide any additional reporting as requested (e.g., all open reqs, all recruiter activities, etc.)Conduct regular analysis of recruiting data to identify trends and areas for improvementDevelop and maintain relationships with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and provide guidance on best practicesServe as a subject matter expert in recruitment operations and guide other members of the teamOther duties as assignedQualifications:
Experience with Jobvite or ATS preferred.Experience with complex reporting, vendor management and project management.Bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources, or related fieldAt least 7 years of experience in recruitment operations or a related fieldMay be required to have a valid driver’s license.Proficient in Smartsheet and Jobvite systemsStrong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyExcellent organizational and communication skillsStrong attention to detail and accuracyAbility to analyze data and make recommendations for process improvementsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamStrong vendor management skillsProficient in Microsoft Office suiteExperience working with senior leadership and cross-functional teamsAbility to mentor and train junior team membersCompensation: $75,000 - $80,000 per year
