Sr Talent Acquisition Recruiter

Job Description: Education : + High school diploma or equivalent required + Bachelor's degree in business, Human Resources, Communications, or similar field of study preferred Work Experiences: + 5+ years of talent acquisition experience + Proficient use of applicant tracking tools (Workday preferred) and web-based recruiting resources required + Multi-discipline recruiting experience preferred + Retail experience preferred Skills: + Ability to work well under pressure while consistently meeting time sensitive deadlines + Ability to influence through effective interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills + Strong customer service skills + Ability to work well independently, as well as effectively contribute to a team environment + Ability to demonstrate expert strategic talent acquisition skills + Exceptional interviewing, organizational, and time management skills + Ability to prioritize workload, meet multiple deadlines simultaneously in a fast paced, frequently changing environment + Expert ability to direct source candidates, leverage current sourcing tools, and the ability to partner with outside sourcing vendors when needed + Proficient use of Microsoft Office programs, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint + Acceptable level of hearing and vision to perform job duties Responsibilities: + Partner with Talent Acquisition Manager to enhance recruiting processes + Lead role in researching best practices and industry trends to make recommendations on talent acquisition strategies to support company goals and priorities + Train team members on new initiatives and processes + Manage contracts for various recruiting vendors + Primary Full life-cycle recruiter for Stores, Corporate, and/or Executive positions + Partner with all internal and external business partners, talent acquisition team members as well as candidates + Partner with our Organizational Development team to ensure recruiting strategies are in line with succession plans + Manage the offer & negotiation process with both hiring managers and candidates to meet and achieve business objectives + Provide meaningful feedback throughout the interview process to inform hiring managers and influence the efficiency and effectiveness + Consult with hiring managers to develop a thorough understanding of the position.
