How will you make an impact:
The Senior Talent Management Specialist will support the delivery of core global talent processes and talent projects that benefit the platform and the business.
Your main role will involve supporting the development, improvement, and sharing of standard methodologies for talent processes and practices that are crucial for scaling our organization and encouraging the development of critical capabilities.
What you will contribute:
Provide process improvement expertise and drive continuous improvement efforts to ensure that talent mechanisms and processes are created for efficiency and scalability. Seek feedback from customers and implement changes.Partner with Talent Leaders in the Critical Capabilities team to share best practices and proactively find opportunities for commonalities and scalable ways to leverage technologiesLeverage AI technologies to develop agents to supportSupport the development and delivery of:Talent Reviews: preparation of tools and templates, reporting, compilation of talent profiles and other support needed to deliver reviews to a high standard and within required timeframesTargeted development plan resources aligned to competencies for critical capability areas including leading all aspects of delivery timeframes and working across the organization to manage project workplan, deliver communications, tools and resources to educate, support and guide the processProvide metric tracking and analysis on identified key performance indicators.Participate in strategic talent projects that support the critical capability areas and/or the platformQualifications:

Education
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources or a related fieldExperience
5+ years’ experience in human resources and/or talent management within a large global organizationPrior experience coordinating complex projects within a matrix organization and within tight timeframesProcess improvement training and/or experienced highly preferredSkills and Behaviors
Outstanding digital literacy with in-depth knowledge of Workday, Power BI, MS Excel and PowerPointDemonstrated ability to manage multiple prioritiesThorough, motivated, and well-organizedAbility to own projects end-to-end with minimal oversightConfident presentation skills with Leaders at multiple levels of the organizationResilience and tenacity in a dynamic and fast paced environmentApply today! http://jobs.thermofisher.com
