Sr Tax Analyst- M&A
As a Sr Tax Analyst, M&A here at Honeywell, you will play a vital role in supporting our corporate tax team in all aspects of mergers and acquisitions. Your expertise in tax law and financial analysis will be crucial in ensuring compliance with regulations and maximizing the organization's financial objectives. You will report directly to our Tax Director, M&A and you’ll work out of our Corporate location on a Hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will impact the company's bottom line by providing tax structuring advice and guidance on M&A transactions, conducting buy-side and sell-side due diligence, and assessing the tax implications of business strategies. Your contributions will directly contribute to the success of Honeywell's M&A activities and help drive the company's growth.
