Sr Tech Lead Consultant, Digital Platforms
Immediate opportunity for a Sr. Tech Lead to work remotely for our clients' Global Platforms Team, who is responsible for developing innovative digital solutions and robust capabilities that unlock ability to deliver awe-inspiring experiences to audiences around the world. We oversee the development, maintenance, and evolution of Marketing’s owned digital destinations, including websites and native applications, while leading the integration of data capture and marketing automation mechanisms across touchpoints.

Position Title: Sr. Tech Lead, Digital Platforms
Location: 100% Remote - San Francisco, CA (Preferred)
Duration: Long-term Contract (W2 Only)
Target Hourly Rate: $105/Hr W2

As the Senior Tech Lead Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the clients approach to bringing these digital experiences to life. During this 6-month contract, your primary responsibility will be to collaborate with internal stakeholders and agency partners to optimize our technical and operational landscape by establishing a robust framework that sets standards for scalable application development, enhances delivery models, and fosters greater agility within our team.

Responsibilities:
Lead the assessment, audit, and business process re-engineering efforts of technical infrastructure, operational efficiency and effectiveness across digital platforms.
Collaborate effectively with internal teams and external agency partners to gather insights and understanding of current practices.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation to streamline workflows and reduce operational costs.
Develop and implement a strategic framework and process improvement strategies that sets standards for scalable application development and delivery models.
Define best practices for code development, ensuring alignment with industry standards and business objectives.
Drive initiatives to enhance the scalability, performance, and reliability of our digital solutions.
Foster a culture of agility and innovation within the team by promoting efficient workflows and collaborative practices.
Facilitate workshops and training sessions to promote best practices in process optimization and re-engineering.
Provide technical leadership and guidance to team members and stakeholders, ensuring alignment with digital strategy.
Monitor and report on the progress of BPR initiatives, providing regular updates to stakeholders and leadership.

Skills & Qualifications:
15-20 years proven experience as a Tech Lead, BPR Project Manager, or similar role
Expertise of software architecture, development methodologies, and operational excellence.
Understanding and experience with composable architectures a plus.
Experience collaborating with external development agencies or partners to achieve application goals.
Proficiency in evaluating and implementing technical solutions that drive scalability and efficiency.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and drive consensus.
Agile/Scrum transformation experience
Proven experience in business process re-engineering and process improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean).
Experience with DevOps practices and tools (CI/CD pipelines, Azure DevOps, Git).
Experience in leading cross-functional teams to drive process change and achieve business objectives.
Expertise developing, implementing and supporting complex application integrations.
Experience leveraging digital marketing technologies and platforms (CMS, CDP, CRM)
Excellent project management skills with a focus on delivering results within scope, time, and budget constraints.
