Our team is searching for a Sr Technical Analyst who will use their expertise in DevOps practices and tools to analyze and deliver predictable and repeatable solution design artifacts that enable continuous solution delivery by domain DevOps and operations teams. Senior Technical Analysts support multiple systems and business domains defining holistic solutions of moderate to high complexity.

Responsibilities:Leads in defining domain technical roadmaps with architecture and leadership. Takes ownership of functional scope analysis and detailed solution design of the processes/systems within domain for each project assigned.Partners across domain IT teams for alignment and impact analysis. Proactively reviews domain for risk and mitigations before they become critical. Continually keeps stakeholders, management and project managers advised of team activities and work-plan status.Identifies and communicates project risks, team project status to team leads, project managers, and leadership.Identifies improvements to project efficiency, speed and quality within domain and makes recommendations to team leaders.Facilitates sessions to solicit and document requirements (e.g. creation of user stories).Technical Writing & CommunicationsTranslates business requests (Customer Journey’s, EPIC’s, or Business User Stories) into technical user stories, system diagrams, and low-level design documents.Assists in the development of design specifications and deliverables that support system functions and improvements.Leads analysis and translation of business, information, and technical requirements to achieve IT solutions that meet business needs on projects with moderate complexity.Collaborates with business and IT partner teams to develop business capability and technology roadmaps, provides education on potential process and system solution options, and drives business/IT investigation of emerging strategic capabilities.Serves as mentor to assist junior technical analysts and leads contractors and manages their day to day activities.Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:4-7 years Related work experience. (Required)Software Development experience with integration and delivery practices using DevOps and Agile methodologies. (Required)Architecture experience with micro-service based service architectures with their components and supporting database technologies. ()SCRUM (Required)Integration (Required)Mentoring (Required)Education:Bachelor's Degree Computer Science or a related field. In lieu of degree, equivalent industry experience may be considered. Base Pay Range: $92,100 - $166,100

Corporate Bonus Target: 15%

The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range.

At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee’s eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance.
