Compensation

Compensation includes a base salary of $87,200.00 - $130,800.00. The base salary may vary within the anticipated base pay range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate’s knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include an incentive program.

As the Sr. Analyst in Technology Vendor Management, you will manage a portfolio of our most Strategic suppliers comprised of the world’s leading Tech Companies, ensuring excellent stakeholder experiences across all of Cox Automotive business units. You will align their needs with Cox Automotive's technology strategy and drive operational excellence in the Procure to Pay process. Your responsibilities will include: 

Building Expertise: Develop deep knowledge of your portfolio of Strategic Technology Suppliers and the business needs of stakeholders. 

Strategic Alignment: Connect supplier capabilities with Cox Automotive's technology strategy and goals. 

Operational Excellence: Oversee the Procure to Pay process, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness. 

Collaboration: Work closely with business and functional owners, providing support throughout the relationship lifecycle. 

Performance Monitoring: Track and report on supplier performance, identifying areas for improvement. 

Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks associated with vendor relationships. 

Contract Management: Collaborate with Supply Chain Management to negotiate and manage contracts to ensure favorable terms and compliance. 

 

What You’ll Do 

Responsibilities: 

Work with internal technology clients and vendor partners to foster strategic and value-based engagements. 

Develop and maintain strong relationships with key vendors to ensure optimal performance and alignment with organizational goals. 

Own the Procure to Pay Process in collaboration with Supply Chain, Finance and AP. 

Prepare and present reports on vendor performance, new purchases, contract renewals, cost savings, and other key metrics to senior management. 

Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and emerging technologies to identify potential new vendors and opportunities. 

Collaborate with internal teams to identify vendor needs and opportunities for improvement. 

Develop and implement vendor management strategies to drive cost savings, efficiency, and innovation. 

 

Who You Are 

Requirements: 

Bachelor’s Degree + 4 years’ experience OR 8 years relevant experience 

Proven experience in vendor management, procurement, supply chain management or Technology / IT sales, service or success. 

Knowledge of the world’s largest software and services providers and ecosystems is a must. 

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. 

Strong negotiation and contract management skills. 

Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. 

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. 

Proficiency in Enterprise software and Microsoft Office Suite. 

Preferred software includes Microsoft Office 365, Oracle iProcurement and ServiceNow.

Must live within a commutable distance to the office.
