Detailed Job Description:

Acts as a liaison between the project sponsors within the business unit and the Operations Systems group to facilitate the identification of process improvements, system requirements and design, testing and implementation of large and/or complex technical projects which often requires coordination of multiple functional areas. Conducts needs and impact analysis on business requests searching for ways to link programs, processes, and systems throughout the organization to achieve optimal efficiency and reusability. Considers how current organizational programs and systems will be impacted by future development. Understands the overall vision and can also address or respond to specific requirements details. Analyzes and provides recommendations on major projects and system enhancements to the decision makers. Facilitates requirements interviews and workshops with project stakeholders. Analyzes and defines user requirements and translates them into system requirements to ensure understanding of the request by all project members. Documents data requirements and conducts data analysis for integration and conversion efforts. Creates business models to support requirements language. Designs configuration for assigned SaaS portfolio to meet the needs and requirements. Configures assigned SaaS product with awareness of existing configurations in use and devises methods of sustaining multiple flavors of a configuration. Provides documentation and training on business us of the configured system. Works within iterations to provide deliverables and within a release cycle to deploy. Collaborates with other IT disciplines to ensure continuity between requirements, design, and testing on or between project teams. Creates and executes test and implementation plans and coordinates testing of system enhancements and projects with the user area. Creates and provides technical training for deployed applications or assists with user training when needed. Participates in the creation of system procedures, guidelines and technical documentation of new systems. Maintains expert level of business functional knowledge and current automated technologies. Brings expertise of Business Analysis discipline to the team helping project management, business participants, developers and other technologists adopt best practices for the software development lifecycle. Provides coaching and mentoring to less experienced Business Analysts on the team. Works within the team to learn and assist with SaaS configuration of additional platforms supported by the team. Performs other related duties and activities as required.

Education and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Management, Computer Science or related field and 5-7 years of experience with business process analysis and redesign, and/or business systems analysis Exposure to large, complex IT projects Extensive experience in configuration and implementation of all areas of Carelogic in a large, diverse, multi-location , multi-state environment.

Demonstrated aptitude towards problem identification, resolution and comprehension and interpretation of technical procedures Requires the ability to work collaboratively with business, building and developing effective business relationships and the ability to facilitate meetings and workshops in person and remotely Requires the ability to understand and analyze complex business challenges and impact in order to provide informed and appropriate consultation Requires broad technical awareness coupled with strong business process design Requires the ability to think conceptually using creative, comparative and inductive reasoning to apply to existing concepts or to define new concepts Requires extensive experience in implementation and configuration of CareLogic in a multi-site environment with State specific requirements for reporting in more than one state. Requires extensive experience in integration of CareLogic with other products and databases including but not limited to Data Warehouse.
