**Job Description**
**_This position will follow our hybrid work model, we expect the selected candidate to be in office 3 days a week at one of the following office locations: St. Petersburg, FL;_**
**Job Summary:**
This Senior Data Analyst, Technology will partner closely with the Wealth Management & Practice Management business unit. Candidate should be able to analyze and interpret complex data to support data analysis needs within the firm. This position will play a pivotal role in data analytics and have in depth knowledge to support from ideation to implementation of new technology solutions, processes enhancement of existing technology solutions, including workflow and data flow design. Candidate should have experience understanding and analyzing data load process and how data flows between different systems and data dependencies. Candidate should have expertise in data Lineage and data dependencies across different systems. This position will require in depth knowledge of data analysis along with the ability to gather business and functional requirements, documentation of new and existing systems, including workflows, wireframes, user stories, acceptance criteria refinement with user testing and where applicable, processes and procedures documentation.
**Responsibilities:**
+ **Data Analysis and Reporting** : Analyze datasets using Oracle tools to identify gaps, provide actionable insights to the team for various reporting needs from the available data, Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and security of data Engage
+ **Stakeholders** : Ability to collaborate across various stakeholders from an assimilation, articulation and information seeking and sharing standpoint across the organization.
+ **Collaboration** : Work closely with team of developers, and other stakeholders to understand data needs and provide tailored solutions, collaborate with data providers to ensure seamless integration.
+ **Partner with Design:** Bring experiences to life through co-creation, design-thinking workshops, and design-led experience development.
+ **Data-Driven Decision Making:** Ability to analyze data from analysis and testing standpoint in order to make informed decisions.
+ Synthesizes client/prospect account data to develop customized portfolios/asset allocation proposals in order to aid testing in lower development environments.
+ Leads a team-wide effort to organize, streamline and enhance a client experience that emphasizes value, service and attention to detail as well as develop, implement and communicate new procedures, products, and portfolio enhancements.
+ Lead and influence cross-functional teams: Identifies and implements practice management opportunities by interfacing with various departments across the firm.
+ Understands and applies principles in risk management, issue tracking and change management.
+ Actively engages in available training and education programs – including firm strategic priorities, professional development and staying current on procedures.
+ Proactively participates in firm initiatives directed by local management.
+ Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
+ Wealth Management Domain Knowledge: Knowledge of the Financial Services industry will be ideal.
+ Experience with Agile methodology, Oracle query writing ability, AWS Redshift knowledge will be a plus.
**Skill:**
+ Works with minimum or no supervision and provides data elements for use in new app/report needs to build and enhance components.
+ Supports business processes by understanding and effectively using available tools, equipment software packages and provides technical guidance to the team.
+ Understanding and skilled in Oracle data querying minimum at an intermediate level.
+ Business analysis, Product Management experience is preferred.
+ Should have past experience of managing technology products.
+ Motivate and influence others to achieve desired outcomes without organizational authority.
+ Partner with other functional areas to accomplish objectives.
+ Vendor management and project management will be a plus.
+ Minimum of 3 yrs in Wealth Management domain experience is desired.
+ Conduct gap analysis between current and future states to identify components of the overall change strategy.
+ Uses comprehensive knowledge and/or skills to act independently with guiding and training others on identifying, assessing, prioritizing and managing project-related risks.
+ Works at an advanced level to analyze potential solutions and create recommendations based on the expected benefits, costs, and overall value of the solution for key stakeholders
+ Uses comprehensive knowledge and skills to work independently while providing guidance and training to others on analyzing data from multiple sources to draw appropriate conclusions and make suitable recommendations.
+ Can interpret, contribute to, or lead business case creation with client departments to quantify current costs, justify project investment, and identify the return on investment.
+ Acts independently to apply comprehensive understanding of the business environment and objectives developing solutions while providing guidance and training to others.
+ Works effectively to collect, analyze, diagram (model), and report information and data flow, including state changes, to help make strategic decisions, achieve major goals, and solve complex problems.

Bachelor’s: Accounting, Bachelor’s: Business Administration, Bachelor’s: Computer and Information Science
