Seeking a skilled and experienced Learning Management System and integration subject matter expert to manage integrations of Labcorp’s Cornerstone / SABA platform and other company systems. This pivotal role is responsible for effective management and operation of the Learning Management System within Labcorp. This successful candidate will ensure that our LMS platform is compliant (FDA Certified), functional, user-friendly, and up to date, and helping to manage the integration of the LMS with outside systems. This role will work closely with various stakeholders across the business to manage user access, provide technical support, and optimize and enhance the platform, thereby enhancing the learning experience for all users.
Responsibilities:
Configure, customize, and test the Cornerstone SABA learning system (Learning Path) to include system settings, user management, permissions, automated workflows, course assignments, integrations with other systems, and reporting.Troubleshoot and resolve complex learner and vendor-related system technical issues to include error messages, login difficulties, data issues, and process failures system issues raised via ServiceNow case management. Conduct root cause analysis to identify and implement appropriate solutions.Work with the HR Tech Integrations team to maintain and/or troubleshoot data feeds between the LMS and other organizational systems (e.g. Workday).Lead research, configuration, and testing of system enhancements (including UAT) and vendor updates.Create and maintain project documentation, including training plan, testing plan, standard operating procedures, process flow documents, testing issues tracker and remediation plans, for system certification.Continually evaluate processes to look for opportunities to implement efficiencies and eliminate manual processes. Standardize, streamline and coordinate business and system processes. Understand, document, and clearly communicate these business processes to stakeholders and internal teams.Conduct regular audits to ensure data accuracy and integrity across organizational systems, as well as ensuring compliance with privacy regulations.Be a trusted expert on learning system functionality. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements to identify needed functionality and system enhancements for delivery of innovative solutions. Partner with corporate Learning team on how to best deliver learning assets in the system by making recommendations for packaging content that ensures the best learner experience.Create specific dashboards for trainers & admin roles and report templates and setup delivery mechanism as necessary.Test and troubleshoot web-based training (need understanding of SCORM and AICC standards).Complete work in a timely and accurate manner, while providing exceptional customer service and support.Other duties as assigned.Requirements:
5 years of experience in the administration of a learning management system, Cornerstone CSOD / SABA experience preferred.BA/BS degree or equivalent experience is required, preferably in Instructional Design, Learning & Development, Computer Science or Information Systems, , Technical Communication, or a similar field..Familiarity with SFTP and API processes and tools.Prior experience using Cornerstone/SABAAbility to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet project deadlines..Self-starter with the ability to work independently or as part of a team..Experience using Excel and spreadsheet management.Strong written and verbal communication skills..Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.Preferred Experience:
Knowledge of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and database management.Project management skills and experience managing LMS implementation or upgrades.Application Window: 12/27/2024
Pay Range: $130,000 - $160,000
The position is also eligible for an annual bonus under the Labcorp Bonus Plan. Bonuses are payable based on corporate and/or business segment performance and are subject to individual performance modifiers.
