Plans, organizes and provides supervision and oversight for daily maintenance operations and facility operations at the Restaurant Support Center (RSC). Uses Independent judgement on breakage of equipment and manages the work of outside contractors after diagnosis. Additionally, provides support to furniture moves around the RSC as well as The Thomas Conference Center (TCC). Work environment may require occasional hours adjustment, may require overtime, and may require working in extreme weather conditions.
ResponsibilitiesReactive Maintenance –
Performs demand repairs on light electrical, HVAC and plumbing issues, among others, and property as identified through work orders submitted by Building Services. Escalate to external vendors as appropriate.Proactively creates and completes work orders for critical issues found during daily inspections not entered by Building Services or employees.Preventative Maintenance –
Schedules preventative maintenance service for RSC equipment with vendors. Creates work tickets for needed repairs identified during preventive maintenance (PMs).Directs outside vendors on repairs and scheduled PM repairs. Proactively maintains a clean workplace environment.Performs building audits on mechanicals, lights, aesthetics and floor organization.Furniture movement –
Assists Facilities Technician with furniture movement needs as directed from Building Services team.Thomas Conference Center Setups RSC furniture moves, adds and changes.Reports the condition of equipment and property as well as maintenance status to assistwith capital planning.
Building Services Budget –
Reviews services contracts vs work being performed. Offers on-going solutions for purchasing of supplies/materials.Verify invoices for processing.Audits worked performed against Annual Operating Plan.Personal Development –
Participates in Individual Development Planning process.Completes required safety training to comply with company guidelines. Stays current on industry standards.
