With a team of highly skilled and experienced individuals, they deliver and manage efficient, quality, and innovative travel technology solutions and technology services for CWT and its customers worldwide *_Position Description_* * Develop comprehensive test plans based on project requirements and specifications. * Design test scenarios to ensure maximum test coverage. * Record and document test results and report defects to the development team. * Develop and maintain automated test scripts using testing frameworks and tools. * Integrate the automated tests into the continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipeline. * Conduct regression testing to ensure that new changes do not negatively impact existing functionality. * Design and execute performance tests to evaluate the software's responsiveness, scalability, and stability. * Collaborate with developers to reproduce and resolve identified issues. * Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure the quality of the delivered software. * Maintain accurate and up-to-date testing documentation, including test plans, test cases, and test results. #LI-DNI *_Position Requirements_*** Experience & Education: * Successful completion of a full 4-year course of study in an accredited college or university leading to a bachelor's or higher degree; ORappropriate combinationof education and experience. * 2years ofproficiencyin programming languages such as Java, Python, or others commonly used in testing. * 2years ofproficiencywithtesting tools and frameworks, including Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, JIRA, etc. * 2years ofsoftware developmentlifecyclemethodologies, such as Agile or Scrum. * 2years ofexperience indifferent typesof testing, including functional testing, regression testing, performance testingandsecurity testing. Languages * Ability to communicate effectively in English, bothwritten and verbal * Knowledge,skills,and abilities (KSAs) * Knowledge of automated testing and continuous integration tools. * Solid understanding of software testing concepts, methodologies, and best practices. * Ability to analyze requirements and system specifications to create effective test plans. * Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, often alongside developers, product managers, and other stakeholders. * Clear communication is essential for documenting test plans, reporting defects, and collaborating with developers and other team members.
