Job Description
Lead Maintenance team. Give support and training for Engineers and Technicians. Must be flexible and adapt to changing departmental priorities. Initial assignment is development of power tool test fixtures & equipment. Follow scrap Process Follow Materials & storage Work with EHS for improvements Highly motivated individual provides test support to the new product development & development to value projects. Develop advanced electric-mechanical test fixture/equipment for various power tool testing, focus on Electrical and Electronic development, HMI and PLC programming, LabVIEW programming. Design the control system for robot, focus on PLC and robot interface design and programming. To be responsible for trouble shooting and maintenance for MTC reliability test equipment Execute routine calibration for all MTC equipment/ meters, focus on electric parameters Prepare and modify other documents as required to support the Test Systems Group and Main Test Lab. Plans, schedules and coordinates advanced test fixture systems, also focus on electrical fixtures, rigs development and has strong capability to harmonize the PLC and LabVIEW programming and electric. Writes and upgrades technical procedures maintained in the technical database at B&D intranet. Windchill skills. BOM interpretation. Drawing interpretation Maintain and follow correct metrics (Security, Quality, Delivery, Cost & Production)We Don’t Just Build The World, We Build Innovative Technology Too.
