A10 Networks is seeking an experienced Treasury Manager to strategically oversee our financial resources and planning, encompassing cash flow management, investment strategies, debt financing, customer credit assessment, and comprehensive risk management. Reporting to the Corporate Controller and based in San Jose, CA, this leadership role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to develop and execute financial strategies that align with the company’s long-term objectives while ensuring financial stability and integrity.
As a vital member of the management team, the ideal candidate will demonstrate extensive knowledge of financial markets, business economics, and associated financial risks. This role demands strategic thinking, advanced problem-solving capabilities, and the ability to influence and communicate effectively with senior leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Cash Flow Management: Develop and implement cash flow forecasting models to ensure liquidity for operations and strategic initiatives, while managing daily cash operations to optimize working capitalDebt and Intercompany Accounting Oversight: Lead the management of debt repayment strategies, trade payables, and debt covenant compliance, preparing detailed analyses and financial reports for senior managementComprehensive Risk Analysis and Management: Conduct in-depth analyses of financial scenarios and risks, proactively identifying potential issues and developing policies to mitigate risks, utilizing advanced financial management systemsFunding and Hedging Strategy Development: Design and execute medium- and long-term funding and hedging strategies, including the development of hedging programs to effectively manage currency and interest rate exposuresBank and Insurance Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strategic relationships with banks and funding sources to secure advantageous terms; collaborate with insurers to optimize risk coverage and minimize exposureCredit Risk Assessment and Management: Evaluate and monitor the creditworthiness of potential and existing customers, implementing policies that protect the company from undue credit riskSkills and Qualifications:
