This role requires a designer who can navigate complex business processes, think critically, and bring a user-centered approach to solving challenges.Responsibilities: Collaborate with product and engineering teams to deliver effective design solutions. Lead and participate in moderated, synchronous user research and feedback sessions. Develop solutions that address business problems and user needs, ensuring alignment with strategic goals. Present design processes and solutions transparently, showcasing iterative problem-solving. Qualifications: B2B enterprise experience with a proven ability to handle complex systems. Proficiency in Figma and strong user research capabilities. A portfolio showcasing: Strategic thinking and problem-solving approaches. Clear processes for identifying and solving design challenges. Iterative design with a focus on business impact and user needs (beyond polished visuals). Initiative and leadership in gathering user feedback and iterating based on research findings. Work Environment: Hybrid Schedule: 3 days on-site and 2 days remote. Office Location: Jersey City (collaboration with the team in-person is required).
