As an Sr UX Designer, you will play a key role in defining the user experience for innovative education training products and customer survey tools. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, and research, to design intuitive and effective solutions that delight our customers.
Key job responsibilities
User-Centered Design:
• Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to understand user needs and behaviors.
• Develop personas, journey maps, and other artifacts to inform and inspire design decisions.
• Advocate for user needs throughout the product development lifecycle.
Concept Development:
• Design wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals for new services and products, with a focus on usability and accessibility.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to iterate on concepts based on feedback and data.
• Explore creative and innovative approaches to solving complex UX challenges.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
• Partner with product managers to define requirements and prioritize features that align with business goals and user needs.
• Work closely with engineers to ensure the feasibility and implementation of designs.
• Collaborate with researchers to test and validate design solutions.
Design System Contribution:
• Contribute to and maintain a scalable design system to ensure consistency across all touchpoints.
• Define and document design standards and patterns for education training and survey tools.
Strategic Thinking
• Drive design strategies for new product and service experiences, aligning them with broader organizational goals.
• Identify opportunities to innovate and improve the user experience in education and survey tools.
Leadership and Mentorship:
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers, fostering a collaborative and inclusive team culture.
• Present and communicate design solutions effectively to stakeholders at all levels.
