Description
UKG is seeking a skilled Senior Vendor Relations Manager to join our Procurement team, focusing on Professional Services. The ideal candidate will have a background in sourcing and procurement within SaaS or software environments, with an understanding of the complexities surrounding SOW and staff augmentation professional services contracts. This role requires expertise in contract negotiation, internal relationship management, and strategic sourcing to optimize our vendor relationships and ensure compliance with organizational and legal standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage a multi-million dollar portfolio of spend with service vendors across multiple departments.
- Run competitive sourcing processes (RFx, reverse auction, etc.) to ensure vendors providing the greatest value are selected
- Negotiate with vendors, including reviewing contracts to ensure alignment with UKG standards
- Provide end-to-end support to stakeholders throughout the lifecycle of their contracts
- Help execute sourcing strategies and process improvements to enhance the effectiveness of professional services procurement activities
- Ensure internal tools are kept up to date with accurate data
- Clearly communicate multiple types of procurement options for services and guide internal stakeholders to the correct options by fully understanding their projects and objectives
- Assume the role of subject matter expert in the professional services vendor selection process

Required Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree
- 3 years of Procurement experience
- Ability to manage and to prioritize a portfolio of sourcing and renewal projects
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships
- Clear written and verbal communication with strong analytical skills

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with technical stakeholders in SaaS or software companies

This position is also eligible for a short-term incentive and a long-term incentive as part of total compensation.
