Expert in Workday Reporting & AnalyticsSelf-Starter who solves challenges with end-to-end, holistic, sustainable solutionsLeads complex projects or tasks that require a high degree of judgement, resourcefulness, and self-initiative.Creates, designs and maintains custom reports (e.g. matrix, composite, trending) and dashboards as requested by functional usersMaps data, creates and uses EIBs to load data into Workday, and leads in data validation to ensure data qualityWorks on special projects (e.g. reorganizations, mergers, acquisitions, system conversions or divestitures)Provides Level 3 expertise for HR issue resolution in Service NowMay design and facilitate HR training for new functionality, new releases, etc.Works in partnership with HR to listen for requirements, coach to success, and drive to executionWhat You Will Bring?
Bachelor’s degree or 3 years of related human resources experienceMust have at least 3 years' experience in Workday Composite Reporting.Ideal candidate will have Workday Pro certification for ReportingComfortable working under deadlines and producing key deliverables Strong attention to detail Ability to operate with flexibility in a fast paced and evolving environment Effective communication, facilitation and presentation skillsMust be willing to work on site at least 6 days/monthThank you for your interest in SS&C!
