Primary Purpose
Responsible for performing advanced installation, repairs, and preventive maintenance functions on plumbing and piping systems, while adhering to safety codes and regulations to ensure that Parkland plumbing systems are operating safely and according to established standards.
Education:

Experience:
Must have eight years of experience in plumbing.
Equivalent Education and/or Experience:
None
Registration/Licensure:
Must possess a Master Plumber license from the State of Texas. Must possess a state Medical Gas Endorsement. Must have a valid Texas Driver License (Class C).
Skills or Special Abilities:
Must be able to demonstrate knowledge and skill in the proper use of tools, materials, and methods used in plumbing. Must be qualified to install and repair medical gas systems. Must be qualified to install and repair plumbing system components. Must be able to read and interpret blueprints. Must be able to communicate effectively with Parkland employees. Must have a working knowledge of computerized work orders and preventive maintenance system. Must be able to teach and train assigned employees.
